Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
After Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations. An automatic notification will be sent to inform you when your order has been shipped.
Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a return address and offer a replacement or full refund, as preferred.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind after your order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds. However, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Gift cards.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
